Bartender

Job Summary

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and billing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards and health regulations
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and implement appropriate measures to ensure safety
• Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to keep the bar fully equipped for high-volume service
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy nights or special events like banquets or nightclub nights

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within a hospitality environment, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, along with basic math skills for cash handling and retail math accuracy
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible serving practices
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus, demonstrating versatility across different service environments
• Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting is desirable but not required
