Provider Relations Representative Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a hard-working, experienced, and dedicated employee to join our Provider Relations team. Responsibilities include claims and appeals review, credentialing, contracting, and public relations.

Provider Relations Representative Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience with claims, appeals, and credentialing
• College Degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Basic data management skills
• Problem solving skills
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Strong work ethic and self driven
• A desire to help others with excellent customer service
• A commitment to excellence
• Experience/knowledge of Microsoft Access/ Excel, AMISYS and IntelliSoft desirable, but not required.
• Full-time required in-office hours, Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm

Pay: $52, $80,000.00 per year
