We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver/Homemaker to join our team, offering consistent part-time weekly hours with additional PRN opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who values meaningful work, enjoys building strong client relationships, and thrives in one-on-one home settings. You'll help individuals maintain independence and comfort within their homes and communities.
What You'll Do
As a Caregiver/Homemaker, you will provide essential in-home support and companionship to clients based on their individualized care needs. Duties may include:
Personal Care Support
- Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
- Medication reminders
Homemaker Services
- Light housekeeping
- Meal planning and preparation
- Laundry and linen care
- Grocery shopping and errands
Daily Living Support
- Social interaction and engagement in meaningful activities
- Support with scheduling, routine building, and daily structure
- Accompanying clients to community activities or appointments (as needed)
Documentation & Communication
- Accurately record visit notes, changes in condition, and completed tasks
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure high-quality, client-centered care

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a team member who is:
- Compassionate and client-focused, with a heart for helping others
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent, especially with weekly schedules
- Independent and self-directed, able to manage tasks effectively
- Organized and detail-oriented, especially with documentation
- Experienced in caregiving, homemaking, or working with individuals with disabilities (preferred)
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
No degree required for this role—your dedication to quality care is what matters most.
Physical Demands
This position requires the ability to:
- Sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach
- Occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs
- Clearly communicate with clients, supervisors, and team members
