Role Overview: The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise or materials. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate inventory and timely delivery of products to our customers. Key Responsibilities: · Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage · Accurately pick and pack customer orders and sample requests for shipment · Label and prepare products for outbound shipping · Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment (if certified) · Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces · Perform inventory counts and help maintain inventory accuracy · Follow all safety protocols and company policies · Assist with loading and unloading trucks · Work as part of a team to meet daily productivity goals Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent preferred · Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods · Basic math and computer skills · Forklift certification is a plus · Strong attention to detail and accuracy · Good communication and teamwork skills What We Offer:
