Baker

Cake Shop Cafe in Millbury, MA is under new ownership and is looking for a talented and passionate baker to join our baking team.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods including breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
• Laminate and shape dough for croissants and other pastries.
• Follow recipes accurately and consistently to ensure high-quality products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in line with food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Baker is preferred.
• Cake Decoration skill is a plus.
• Attention to detail.
• Commitment to quality baking techniques and consistency.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and passion for creating delicious food.
• Availability to work Sunday–Thursday (5:00 AM–1:00 PM) or Sunday–Wednesday (5:00 AM–3:00 PM).
• ServeSafe certification preferred (training available for the right candidate).
