Now Hiring: Veterinary Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely restrain animals during exams and procedures
• Administer medications, treatments, and vaccines under veterinary supervision
• Monitor animal health and report concerns to the veterinarian
• Assist in emergency situations
• Support surgical and dental procedures
• Maintain accurate medical records

Preferred Qualifications:

• Required 2 years of Veterinary Assistant
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented
• Ability to follow veterinary instructions precisely
• Comfortable working with cats and dogs
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and meeting other physical demands of the role
• Certificate of Veterinary Assistant (CVT) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $ $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
