Assistant Manager

Burger Brothers Restaurant Group, a leading franchisee of Burger King Corporation, is seeking experienced, energetic and highly motivated individuals with prior fast food experience to become a part of our management team for our restaurant located in Oceanside, NY Assistant Managers are responsible for managing the operations of an assigned shift, as well as working with the General Manager to lead the restaurant team. As an Assistant Manager, you will set an example for Crew Members to ensure that operations run smoothly and swiftly.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing restaurant operations during assigned shifts, including opening and/or closing the restaurant
• Working with integrity, honesty and knowledge in line with the culture, values and mission of Burger King
• Providing leadership and direction to Crew Members in a clear and concise way
• Motivating Crew Members to provide the highest quality of customer service to guests at all times
• Working with the restaurant's team to act on guest feedback and resolve complaints in a timely, friendly and professional manner
• Ensuring on a daily basis that the store is clean, inventory levels are appropriate, and equipment is working properly
• Utilizing management information tools to analyze and manage the financial performance of the restaurant
• Complying with company and franchise standards of operation procedures, and ensuring on a daily basis that all products are prepared and presented in accordance with company standards
• Maintaining effective communication by ensuring that all associate activities are performed in a timely and professional manner

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, with a High School Degree
• Strong business leader that can drive specific behaviors, lead by example and work autonomously
• Ability to make quick decisions and multitask
• Willingness to travel preferred
• Completion of all Burger King training and certification programs
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $ $26.00 per hour
