Marketing Intern

Microvast is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Intern to support our team, and assisting with various campaigns that enhance our brand's reach and impact. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive environment, while contributing to exciting marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Drafting social media posts and work closely with the team generating engaging material.
  • Dive into analytics and decode data to spot trends and measure campaign success.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and provide insight that shape future marketing efforts.
  • Support with product launches and community engagement events.
  • Coordinate event launch logistics, shipping/receiving, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate on-site activities including event calendar, staff, and presentations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and executive teams.
  • Design ads, social media post and short-form videos, streamline lead generation campaigns.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve messaging, content and processes.
  • Explore market trends and collect data to support business development.

Qualifications

  • College Senior in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related field (minimum GPA 3.0).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey ideas and interact with team members and potential customers.

  • The role requires a knack for creativity and the ability to contribute fresh ideas to marketing campaigns and problem-solving scenarios.
  • Proficiency in using social media channels like Twitter and LinkedIn is essential for engaging target audiences and promoting brand initiatives.
  • The ability to analyze data and draw insightful conclusions is crucial, helping the intern to understand market trends and the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial for creating compelling marketing materials.
  • Strong organizational skills are necessary to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset is essential as the intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common marketing goals.
  • Exposure to platforms like HubSpot or Mailchimp is advantageous for managing and executing marketing campaigns efficiently.
