Part time and Full time servers

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Part-time and Full-time Servers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, fine dining environment, ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. Prior restaurant experience and knowledge of food industry standards are preferred, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments via POS systems
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during service
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and resetting tables for new guests
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food preparation and delivery
• Maintain guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally
• Support host/host duties when needed, including seating arrangements and guest inquiries

Skills

• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests courteously and professionally
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within the food industry
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue
• Previous experience in fine dining or hospitality environments is preferred
• Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation to ensure smooth service operations
