We are looking for a Night Shift Production Supervisor to help us oversee the daily operations of a manufacturing shift to ensure efficient production. As a Trex Night Shift Production Supervisor, you will be looked to as an innovator in the manufacturing process and expected to manage production goals related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This role is a key member of our Operations team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Safety Prioritization:

  • Responsible for leading 4-6 floor-level, hourly leaders
  • Supervisory responsibility of 40-60 hourly employees

EXPERIENCE

We are looking for leaders with at least 4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is a plus. We want to hear from you if you have previous experience as a Production Supervisor or Production Lead.

SALARY

Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually.
