Saturday Front Desk Coordinator – Performing Arts Academy
Do you thrive in a joyful, fast-paced environment where no two minutes are the same? Our Performing Arts Academy is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our dynamic team every Saturday from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
This role is perfect for someone who:
- Has a true heart for customer service and loves welcoming families with warmth and professionalism
- Thrives in a loud, joyful, and very busy environment without feeling stressed or pressured
- Can juggle multiple tasks at once while staying organized and upbeat
- Possesses strong communication skills and can turn trial students into registered students with ease
- Values clear communication and detailed organization as the foundation of success
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting families and students with energy and professionalism
- Managing a bustling front desk with confidence and efficiency
- Handling phone calls, messages, and scheduling with accuracy
- Supporting sales by welcoming trial students and guiding them seamlessly into enrollment
- Maintaining a polished, professional appearance while moving frequently throughout the day
Qualifications:
- Experience in a busy front desk or customer service role
- Strong computer skills (Gmail, Word, Zoom, and internal database navigating)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Reliability, dependability, and a positive attitude are essential
- Ability to thrive in a crowded, fast-paced environment—especially during busy Saturday mornings
