Maintenance Worker

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the optimal operation and safety of our club facilities and grounds . The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance, electrical systems, various repairs, and troubleshooting. Experience with, welding, and schematics is highly desirable. The Maintenance Worker will also demonstrate leadership qualities, service skills, and the ability to supervise maintenance activities when necessary. Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical issues using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools.
• Repair or replace faulty components, including welding repairs and electrical wiring.
• Conduct residential painting and other general facility upkeep tasks as needed.
• Supervise or assist with maintenance projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Assist with supervising maintenance staff or contractors during large projects or repairs.
• Provide excellent member service by addressing internal member needs promptly and professionally.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance, manufacturing environments, or related fields.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams.
• Electrical experience including wiring, troubleshooting circuits, and understanding schematics.
• Skilled in welding techniques and residential painting is a plus.
• Ability to operate tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment effectively.
• Supervising experience or leadership skills are advantageous for overseeing maintenance projects or teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate tasks effectively across teams.
