Shift: Nights 4:30PM-2:30AM

Position Summary

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure the efficient and safe manufacturing of TLTS products. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery according to established procedures.
• Perform start-up, operation, adjustment, and shut-down of machines.
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and consistency during production runs.
• Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to equipment to maintain smooth operations.
• Report mechanical issues to maintenance or supervisors promptly.
• Maintain accurate production and machine logs.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Clean, inspect, and perform routine maintenance on machines.
• Assist with loading raw materials and unloading finished products.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience as a machine operator, production worker, or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed.
• Team player with strong communication skills.

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
