Electrical Journeyman/Electrician

Position Overview:

We are seeking an Electrical Journeyman and skilled Electricians to join our team at the TSMC F21 semiconductor fabrication facility in Phoenix, Arizona. Candidates should have a solid background in industrial and commercial electrical work, including high-voltage and low-voltage systems, with experience in reading schematics and performing safe installations per NEC and NFPA 70E standards.

Foreman candidates must demonstrate strong leadership and the ability to manage electrical crews in a high-tech construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Electricians:

· Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, including conduit bending, pulling, termination, and fixture installation

· Perform post-job inspections, including continuity and megger testing

· Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine system layout

· Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues using diagnostic tools

· Ensure compliance with NEC standards, OSHA, NFPA 70(Code), and NFPA 70E safety protocols

· Follow TSMC F21-specific site safety requirements, including LOTO and arc flash protection

· Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to company and client safety protocols

· Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete assigned tasks

· Electrical Journeyman (Additional Duties):

· Supervise a team of 5–15 electricians and apprentices on the TSMC F21 jobsite

· Plan and allocate daily work tasks, tools, and materials to meet project schedules

· Lead daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA, NEC, and TSMC EHS standards

· Coordinate with project management, general contractors, and other trades to maintain workflow

· Ensure installations meet quality, schedule, and compliance requirements

· Complete daily reports and assist with material tracking, QA/QC inspections, and progress updates

Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience as an Electrician, preferably in industrial or semiconductor construction. 7+ years of experience for Journeyman.

· Journeyman Electrician License (AZ or reciprocal state) preferred

· Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening

· Bilingual in Mandarin and English is a plus

· Strong knowledge of high-voltage and low-voltage systems, NEC regulations,.

· NFPA 70(Code), and NFPA 70E (min. 6 hours course) training certificates are plus.

· OSHA 10 for electrician (non-supervisory), OSHA 30 for foreman (supervisors)

· Proficient in hand tools, power tools, and electrical diagnostic equipment

· Ability to accurately read schematics and technical drawings

· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

· Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders and scaffolding, and work in PPE for extended periods

· Willing to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, as required for the project
