Head Housekeeper

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning, floor care, and hospitality management, with a proven ability to oversee daily operations, train staff, and ensure a spotless environment across all areas. This role is vital in upholding the reputation of our property and delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Duties

• Coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the property
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain quality standards
• Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective usage
• Develop work schedules for housekeeping staff to meet occupancy demands and special event requirements

Experience

• Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles within hospitality or industrial settings
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and various cleaning products and equipment
• Experience managing a team of housekeeping staff or custodial personnel
• Familiarity with industry standards for cleanliness, safety protocols, and guest service excellence
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in housecleaning or hospitality environments is preferred
