We are seeking an additional Customer Service Representative to join our growing organization.
This position involves taking inbound calls to schedule our fleet of service trucks and installation/repair crews. It also consists of making outbound calls to our existing client base and to potential clients.
This is a high-energy, results-driven sales position.
This position involves quickly and accurately transferring data from a variety of sources. You must be able to correct existing data, update and develop new and existing databases, and be comfortable working independently with large amounts of numerical and written data.
Exceptional accuracy and close attention to detail are a must.
There will be home-study materials provided, and the completion of those study materials will be required on a strict timeline.
Responsibilities:
- Answer Inbound Telephone Calls and Schedule Appointments
- Outbound Calls to Existing Client Base to Schedule Appointments
- Showroom Sales
- Data Management Activities
- Other Activities as Directed
Requirements:
- 2 Years Prior Experience with Inbound and Outbound Appointment Setting
- 2 Years Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Skills will be Verified by Testing.)
- 50 wpm Typing minimum (Skills will be verified by testing.)
