Fry Cook

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Fry Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, cooking, and food safety, with a focus on preparing high-quality fried dishes. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook fried dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
• Ensure all food is prepared safely and in compliance with food handling regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fry station and kitchen area
• Assist with menu planning and meal preparation as needed
• Follow food safety protocols at all times to prevent contamination or spoilage
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including fryers and other cooking appliances
• Support team members during busy service periods to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Adhere to portion control guidelines and presentation standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
• Experience with menu planning, catering, or fine dining is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
• Prior restaurant or culinary experience is highly desirable
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; prior kitchen or culinary experience is advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35.0 per week
