This Role Is a Good Fit If You:

  • Are early in your clinical career and looking for strong mentorship
  • Want hands-on experience with both adults and children/adolescents
  • Are motivated to grow clinically, professionally, and ethically
  • Are open to feedback, learning, and progressive responsibility
  • See yourself pursuing licensure and leadership in the mental health field.

Qualifications (Entry-Level Expectations)

  • Ability to pass DBHDS criminal background and Central Registry checks
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn documentation, clinical standards, and agency systems
