Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive hospitality management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. This role involves supervising staff, managing guest relations, and ensuring the hotel operates efficiently and profitably. Multilingual abilities and previous experience in resort or hotel environments are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions and team communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee guest services to guarantee a high level of guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
- Manage hotel revenue through effective pricing strategies, budgeting, and financial oversight.
- Supervise human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development.
- Coordinate night audit procedures and oversee front desk operations including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette.
- Implement hospitality standards to enhance guest experiences and foster positive guest relations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new guests while maintaining relationships with repeat visitors.
- Monitor hotel facilities for maintenance needs and coordinate repairs as necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles with a strong background in supervising teams.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Knowledge of revenue management, budgeting, human resources, and hotel operations including front desk management and night audit procedures.
- Experience working in resort or luxury hotel settings is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills with proficiency in multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36, $65,000.00 per year
