Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert behavioral therapy and assessment services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. This role involves designing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting diagnostic evaluations, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes. The BCBA will ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation, contributing to the overall well-being and progress of clients across various settings.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including intake evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions tailored to individual needs, ensuring patient care is delivered with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans and facilitate effective communication.
- Maintain detailed medical records, documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Participate in ongoing training related to behavioral health, special education, medical terminology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
- Ensure ethical practice in accordance with professional standards and state licensing requirements.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis, and special education methodologies.
- Proven experience working with children and individuals with autism, disabilities, or in behavioral health settings.
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform treatment decisions.
- Ability to perform patient assessment, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and manage medical documentation accurately.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, educators, and healthcare teams.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
