Job Title: Senior Software Developer

The Senior Software Developer will play a key role in architecting, developing, and maintaining robust B2B software systems. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to transform intricate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and elegant solutions that enable operational success.

Job Description: This position involves hands-on development and maintenance of real estate title industry applications. Responsibilities span both frontend and backend development, emphasizing clean, scalable, and maintainable code that supports long-term system performance and reliability.

Experience: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical training.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ Years of application development experience focusing on the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET/ASP.NET MVC. VB.Net/Web forms a plus.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies. HTML, CSS, Javascript/JQuery, Twitter Bootstrap. DevExpress tool experience a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL and related ORMs (MSSQL, Dapper, EF).
• Familiarity with management practices and software (Azure Devops preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication. Remote work experience a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, NLP, or computer vision).
• Prior experience in the title and escrow industry, mortgage industry, or real estate settlement/closing software.
