We are seeking an HR Clerk, where your contributions will help shape our workforce and support our mission of improving healthcare. In this role, you will play a critical part in our Human Resources department by providing essential administrative support and ensuring smooth HR operations. Responsibilities
• Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation and preparing necessary documentation.
• Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Help administer employee benefits, answering inquiries and assisting with enrollment and claims.
• Provide general administrative support to HR team members, including managing schedules and facilitating meetings.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of HR information.
• Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional HR education or certification is a plus.
• Experience in an administrative role, preferably in human resources.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and relevant software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
