Newman Orthodontics
Newman Orthodontics is seeking a friendly, polished, and dependable Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team. If you thrive in an upscale, welcoming environment and pride yourself on being calm, organized, and personable, we would love to meet you.
Our office culture is warm, professional, and patient-focused. We are looking for someone who reflects that same energy and understands the importance of creating a comfortable experience for every patient.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
- Greeting patients and building positive, lasting relationships
- Managing patient scheduling and appointments
- Creating a calm and welcoming office environment
- Managing emails, paperwork, and general office tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office
- Prior customer service or front-desk experience preferred
Schedule Requirements:
- 35–40 hours per week
- Availability on Saturday mornings is required
