Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Pharmacist located in Houston, TX. The Clinical Pharmacist will provide expertise in pharmaceutical care, ensuring safe, effective, and evidence-based medication use for patients. Responsibilities include workflow management of both inpatient and outpatient pharmacy, accurate medication verification and dispensing, collaborating with healthcare teams on medication management, monitoring patient outcomes, and educating staff and patients on proper medication use. The Clinical Pharmacist will play a vital role in supporting the interdisciplinary treatment teams at The Menninger Clinic.

Qualifications

• Expertise in both inpatient and outpatient pharmacy operations and workflow
• Strong knowledge of Medication Therapy Management
• Attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical standards and regulations
• Ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams to provide patient-focused care
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree with a license to practice as a registered pharmacist in Texas
• Experience in psychiatric or behavioral health pharmacy is a plus
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
