Pizza Crew Member

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pizza Cook to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a keen interest in delivering high-quality pizza and customer service. This role requires a blend of culinary skills, time management, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met.

Duties

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and slicers.
• Manage food preparation tasks, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to sanitation guidelines.
• Process customer orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for efficient service.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and upselling menu items.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Assist in training new staff on food handling practices and kitchen protocols.

Qualifications

• Process Orders Efficiently – Handle phone and in-person transactions with ease.

• Basic Math Skills Matter – Accurately add, subtract, multiply, and make correct change.

Flexible Scheduling:

• Shifts range from 4 to 10 hours
• Student-Friendly Shifts available
• Morning, Day, and Night Shifts
• Open Tuesday to Sunday (closed Mondays)

• Experience in bussing tables or serving is beneficial but not mandatory.
