• Guest Service Excellence: Engage with guests in a friendly, welcoming manner and ensure they have an unforgettable experience from the moment they sit down to the moment they leave.
• Craft Quality Drinks: Accurately prepare cocktails, beers, and other beverages while following recipes and service standards.
• Multi-Tasking: Handle multiple guest orders, maintain a clean and organized bar, and restock supplies—all while providing exceptional service.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with front-of-house staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service, especially during busy times.
• Up-sell and Recommend: Suggest drink pairings, menu items, and promotions, using your knowledge to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Minimum one year bartender experience is required.
• A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for guest service.
• Strong ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Dog Haus creates hand-crafted all beef hot dogs and sausages with no added nitrates, 100% Black Angus beef burgers and unique fried chicken creations, all of which are made with hormone- and antibiotic-free meat and served on King's Hawaiian rolls, and all of which have garnered critical acclaim and national attention. To chase it down, guests can select great craft beers from a tap list emphasizing local favorites or a signature cocktail, and they can finish their meals on a sweet note with premium shakes or soft-serve ice cream. Open for lunch and dinner daily, guests can choose from signature, one-of-kind Haus creations or customize their own from a wide array of unique toppings. Founded by partners Hagop Giragossian, Quasim Riaz and Andre Vener, three friends who share a passion for creativity, quality, and commitment to community, the first Dog Haus opened in Pasadena, California in 2010.
