Compensation

• Commission-only split (uncapped)
• Top performers earn $150,000 – $250,000+ annually

What You'll Be Doing

• Generate and manage residential roofing opportunities
• Perform inspections and property evaluations
• Educate homeowners on roofing systems, insurance claims, and upgrade options
• Present estimates and close contracts
• Manage client relationships from inspection through project completion
• Build your own book of repeat and referral business
