About Ad Astra Autism Centers
At Ad Astra, our name means "to the stars," and we believe that's exactly where every child can go with the right support. We are an early intervention ABA therapy provider serving children up to age 6 in a center-based, play-driven environment. Our team is collaborative, energized, and deeply focused on high-quality care, without the paperwork overload.
We're growing fast and looking for a BCBA who is ready to step into a center-based role and make a difference. If you're seeking a supportive culture, no-drama where you can focus on real client outcomes, we'd love to meet you.
Your Role
As a BCBA, you'll manage a small, focused caseload and help maintain clinical excellence across the center. You'll provide direct supervision to RBTs, oversee assessments and treatment plans, and ensure ethical, compassionate, and effective care. Most importantly, your time won't be buried in admin tasks.
You'll also have the flexibility to choose your caseload size with an incentive-based bonus structure, giving you control over your workload and compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.)
- Create and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and coach RBTs and behavior technicians
- Monitor and analyze client data regularly
- Collaborate with caregivers during monthly check-ins and team meetings
- Provide hands-on support in the center as needed
- Ensure treatment fidelity, ethical compliance, and high clinical standards
- Help shape and support center-wide culture and best practices
Requirements
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification through the BACB
- Active Missouri licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Passion for early intervention and center-based ABA
- Commitment to team-based care and supportive leadership
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and sign on bonus: Total compensation of $70,000–$90,000/year depending on experience and caseload size
- Low administrative burden: we streamline everything we can with a full operations and admin team
- Manageable caseloads so you can focus on clinical impact
- Bonus structure for higher caseloads
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) match
- Paid time off (PTO), sick days, and federal holidays
- Ongoing clinical training, mentorship, and career advancement
- Opportunity to shape our clinical culture and grow with us
