CNC Operator

Job Summary
Heany Industries LLC is seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for operating CNC machines to produce components while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills and/or lathes)
• Load programs, adjust offsets, and monitor machine performance
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and job travelers
• Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping
• Identify and report quality or machine issues promptly
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records
• Follow all safety, quality, and attendance policies

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Basic understanding of G-code and CNC controls (Fanuc experience a plus)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise and moving equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
