Duties:
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
- Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency.
- Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain patient records and ensure all information is accurately documented following HIPAA guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient services effectively.
- Handle patient inquiries regarding medical records, billing, insurance coverage, and general clinic information.
- Utilize EHR software to input and retrieve patient data efficiently.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in patient services, medical administrative support, or related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of phone systems and proficiency in managing multiple lines effectively.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Ability to navigate medical records systems accurately.
- Strong communication skills to interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and colleagues effectively.

Shift: Monday-Friday. 7:45am-4:45pm alternate 8:15am-5:15pm
