Key Holder/Server/Bartender

* Must have at least 2 years of craft bartending, fine dining & leadership experience.

* Must Be available Sundays & Mondays for Key Holder position & 3 other shifts throughout the week will be lead server/bartender shifts

Pay per hour:
$15.00 as a key holder

* you can make $40/per hour or more in tips nightly on top of your hourly pay

Bitterroot, a service-forward, Chef driven Farm to Table restaurant
with a award winning cocktail bar, is seeking an experienced person to
join our team. As a bartender, you will be responsible for creating
and serving various unique and classic cocktails, beer, wine, and
other beverages. As a server you will attend to guests with the
highest form of hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a friendly
and outgoing personality, be able to work in a fast-paced environment
and have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers and provide excellent customer service
• Create and serve a variety of cocktails, including classic and signature drinks
• Keep the bar area clean and organized, including restocking supplies
  and cleaning equipment
• Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and follow all cash register policies
• Attend to customer needs and requests, including providing recommendations and ensuring complete guest satisfaction
• Serve tables with accuracy, speed, and with finesse
• Expected to be knowledgeable about the food, cocktails, spirits, wine and beer
• As a key holder, be the point of contact with guests and staff while serving or bartending

Experience:

• Prior experience in a fine dining restaurant setting is preferred
• Proficient with cash handling procedures
• Familiarity with food service, brewing, or hospitality industry practices
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
