Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Line Cook to join our high-volume golf course with banquet facilities. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, creativity, and consistency, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards.
• Assist in menu planning, food presentation, and daily food production to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory control and food handling procedures to minimize waste and ensure proper stock levels.
• Oversee food safety practices, including sanitation, hygiene standards, and adherence to health regulations.
• Coordinate with banquet department to deliver seamless service for special events and large parties.
• Support kitchen management in shift management, scheduling, and maintaining operational flow during busy periods.

Experience

• Proven culinary experience in a fast-paced restaurant and fine dining setting with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management.
• Banquet experience is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to handle large-scale food production for events.
• Knowledge of dietary requirements and experience working within dietary departments is a plus.
• Familiarity with inventory management, food service management, catering operations, and restaurant experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and hospitality best practices.

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
