Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Clinical Director to lead our healthcare facility's clinical operations. The ideal candidate will oversee medical management, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, and foster a patient-centered environment. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong management skills and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations, including AAAHC standards. The Clinical Director will play a vital role in maintaining the quality of care, improving operational efficiency, and guiding clinical staff toward excellence.

Duties

• Provide leadership and oversight of all clinical services within the facility, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies and procedures aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage medical staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with administrative teams to optimize operational workflows and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Facilitate communication between clinical teams, patients, and families.
• Lead efforts in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Pay: From $83,000.00 per year
