Compensation range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000.00.

About the job:

The Project Engineer (PE) assists in administration of the contract requirements as well as, planning, organizing and controlling specific technical elements of the project. Our Engineers are a liaison between the design and field teams and are responsible for assisting the project team with the planning, management, and administration of the project(s) to which they are assigned. The PE works closely with the project team to develop/manage technical work plans, submittal documents, technical scopes of work, and to manage quality control/quality assurance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work with the PM and Sr PE to assist in the administration of contract requirements and plan, organize, and control specific elements of the project
  • Be a liaison between the design and field teams
  • Work closely with the project team to develop and manage technical work plans, document submittal, and manage quality control/quality assurance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 2 years of experience in a construction management role, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Working knowledge of Procore or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of Bluebeam
  • Ability to independently manage multiple scopes of work performed by subcontractors
