What You'll DoCustomer Support & Client Success
- Deliver warm, timely, relationship-driven support via phone, email, chat, and virtual meetings
- Solve problems with confidence, clarity, and creative thinking
- Guide new users through onboarding and training, becoming their trusted expert
- Proactively manage client accounts to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction
- Gather and share client insights with product, sales, and marketing teams
Sales & Revenue Leadership
- Build rapport with prospective clients and guide them through the sales funnel
- Clearly communicate the value of Details Flowers Software and Details Direct
- Identify opportunities to upsell features, services, and upgrades
- Support forecasting, pipeline management, and lead follow-up
- Stay ahead of floral, event, and tech trends to position Details as the industry leader
- Earn commission after completing training and demonstrating customer success
Floral Concierge & eShop Growth
- Provide personalized product recommendations for Details Direct customers
- Assist florists with design decisions to optimize ordering and profitability
- Help identify popular products, seasonal trends, and gaps in our offerings
- Collaborate with marketing to highlight collections, seasonal campaigns, and promotions
- Improve the purchasing experience and accelerate eShop revenue growth

- Bilingual

- Proficiency with Apple products

Pay: $40, $55,000.00 per year
