Food Server

AC's Steakhouse Pub Hernando is currently looking for experienced food servers to join our award-winning team. We are a full-service Steakhouse with a high average check and great work environment. Responsibilities and Duties

Full service Food Server (Salesperson)

Knowledge of Steakhouse food offerings, wine, craft beers, and spirits

All side work duties

All other duties assigned by management

Qualifications and Skills

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in fine dining preferred.
• Knowledge of Steakhouse food and beverage offerings.
• Ability to be a sales person.
• Ability to follow all established guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Must understand full service steps of service and be able to properly execute.
• Ability to adhere to all food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Ability to work as a team in a high-pressure environment.
• Available to work restaurant hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. (We do our best to establish regular schedules to improve quality of work / life balance)
• Must be able to work in a hot, loud environment, stand for long periods of time, and lift 25 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to properly communicate with different personality types.
• Commitment and passion to only providing the best service possible.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
