Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Resort Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our hospitality team, and drive growth through innovative marketing and guest engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, food and beverage operations, and modern marketing practices, including social media.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all resort operations including lodging, dining, events, and guest services.

Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to ensure excellent service standards.
Supervise food and beverage operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and profitability, in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the resort locally and regionally.
Manage social media presence with collaboration of marketing team to engage guests and build brand awareness.
Monitor budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
- Collaborate with ownership to plan events, packages, and seasonal promotions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

3+ years of experience in hotel or resort management.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
Proven experience in marketing and social media management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
