Looking for an experienced Leasing Agent for our friendly community located in North Houston. Walk in interviews welcome.

Champions Pointe Apartments is a 224-unit apartment community in the North Houston area.

We need someone who is/can...

• Bilingual.
• Experienced with Resman (preferred but not required).
• Act as a liaison between residents and owners.
• Meet with prospective residents to show community, explain terms of occupancy, provide information, and lease apartments.
• Create leases for new move ins as well as renewals.
• Follow up with prospects inquiring about renting an apartment.
• Help resolve the concerns of existing residents.
• Detail-oriented with time management and problem-solving skills.
• Develop and manage property marketing plans for resident relations and advertising to maintain community occupancy.
• Investigate complaints, disturbances, and violations, and resolves problems following management rules and regulations.
• Perform other tasks as needed involved in the operation and management of an apartment community.
