  • Competitive hourly rate ($70-$72) for new graduates, with higher rates available for experienced APPs (based on pertinent experience, ability to practice with minimal oversight, and capacity to manage higher patient volumes)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive patient care in urgent care and/or primary care settings
  • Perform histories, physicals, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Prescribe medications and manage chronic conditions within scope of practice
  • Collaborate with supervising physicians and care teams to ensure coordinated care
  • Educate patients on preventive health, treatment plans, and wellness strategies
  • Document all encounters accurately in the EMR system

Qualifications

  • Current California license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
  • DEA license (or eligibility)
  • Strong clinical skills with a passion for patient-centered care
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • New graduates welcome to apply — experienced providers preferred
  • Spanish language skills a plus (but not required)
