Job Title: Customer Service Project Coordinator

Best Option Restoration is a leading restoration company specializing in water, fire, mold, asbestos and storm damage recovery. We pride ourselves on delivering prompt, professional, and compassionate service to our clients. We are looking for a highly organized and motivated CSR Project Coordinator to join our team and ensure seamless communication and coordination between clients, technicians, and management.

Job Summary:
The CSR Project Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for customers and the operations team. This role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple restoration jobs simultaneously. The CSR Job Coordinator will ensure that all restoration projects run smoothly from initial customer contact through project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

· Coordinate and schedule restoration jobs with technicians, subcontractors, and other team members.

· Maintain accurate records of work orders, project status, and customer communications in the company management system.

· Communicate project timelines, updates, and expectations clearly to clients and internal teams.

· Assist with billing, insurance documentation, and follow-ups to ensure projects are completed efficiently and in compliance with regulations.

· Monitor job progress and escalate any issues or delays to management promptly.

· Collaborate with sales, operations, and field teams to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction.

· Ensure all safety protocols and industry standards are adhered to on every job.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or office coordination; experience in the restoration, construction, or property management industries preferred.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Proficient in Quickbooks Microsoft Office Suite and/or restoration management software (e.g., Xactimate, JobNimbus, Simsol).

· Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

· Knowledge of insurance processes and restoration workflow is a plus.

· High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
