The Opportunity

We are seeking an Estimating Manager, Multifamily to lead and scale the estimating function during a pivotal growth phase. This is your opportunity to build upon and enhance the existing foundation, transforming it into a world-class, scalable system that becomes the competitive advantage for a fast-growing manufacturer.

This is a rare hands-on leadership role where you'll have the autonomy to architect the estimating playbook, select and implement the right technology and tools, and shape how a high-performing organization approaches multifamily projects. You'll manage an estimating team, create the QA/QC framework, and work cross-functionally with sales, design, and production to ensure estimates translate seamlessly into execution. What You Need to Be Successful

• Technical design and engineering aptitude
  with multifamily experience required, with strong attention to detail and proven expertise in multifamily construction estimating; truss and components background preferred
• Systems builder and process implementer
  with demonstrated history of successfully creating and implementing SOPs, QA/QC processes, and KPIs that drive consistency, accuracy, and operational excellence
• Strong project management skills
  with the ability to own the pre-construction/pre-production process, manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, and maintain coordination with GCs, architects, and internal teams through design revisions and blueprint changes
• High EQ with collaborative leadership approach
  with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels internally with cross-functional teams (sales, design, production) and externally with customers; leadership aptitude through training, developing, and elevating team performance
