We specialize in reglazing and refinishing bathtubs, tiles, and countertops, helping our clients restore beauty and functionality to their spaces. As a growing company, we are looking for an organized and proactive Customer Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the entire customer journey.

Answer incoming calls and emails professionally and promptly.

Schedule appointments and provide accurate service information to customers, including details about reglazing products and processes.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively, such as addressing concerns about reglazing procedures, scheduling conflicts, or product questions.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Provide accurate and timely updates to customers regarding their orders and appointments.

Maintain accurate customer records and data.

Assist with marketing and sales campaigns as needed.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a person-based environment.

Excellent communication in , and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Proficiency in using computers and customer relationship software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic.
