Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Thie role also is responsible directing incoming calls to the most appropriate staff and or intake specialist based on various criteria, availability and customer needs.

*The firm will not consider applicants that are tobacco users.*

Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
  • Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible in office and breakroom.
  • Open and scan all incoming mail for the office
  • Sort and process all incoming mail for the office
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must have proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role.
  • Must have experience with answering phone calls and routing them to appropriate staff.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Proficient in data entry and highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in office management tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Must have Driver's License
  • Bilingual Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

  • Call center: 2 years (Preferred)
