Allegiance Construction are a well-established design-build General Contractor based in Jacksonville, who are seeking an experienced Masonry Foreman / Superintendent to lead medium to large-scale commercial masonry projects throughout the greater Jacksonville area.

Formed over 15 years ago, this contractor has successfully delivered $500+ million in combined Construction Management projects, earning a strong reputation for quality, safety, and long-term client relationships.

As Masonry Foreman / Superintendent, you will be responsible for the day-to-day field leadership of commercial masonry scopes, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and supervise masonry crews ranging from 5–20 personnel

· Plan and coordinate daily activities, manpower, and material needs

· Oversee quality control, productivity, and jobsite safety

· Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and inspectors

· Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules

· Maintain clear communication and documentation from mobilization to closeout

We are looking for a proven Masonry Foreman or Superintendent with experience on commercial projects ranging from $500K–$5M, and a strong background managing crews of 5–20 workers. Candidates should have a solid understanding of commercial construction standards, safety practices, and the ability to lead by example while maintaining a productive, professional jobsite. Local candidates or those willing to work in the Jacksonville area are preferred.
