As we continue to expand, we're hiring three Office Administrators who will play an essential role in supporting daily operations and keeping our teams running efficiently.
Position Overview
The Office Administrative Assistant role is supportive position, ideal for someone who is reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn all aspects of the business. This is not a managerial role, it's designed for individuals who want to start in an administrative capacity and grow into roles such as Executive Assistant, Leasing Agent, Operations Support, or other internal opportunities based on performance and interest. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys being a jack-of-all-trades, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited about contributing to a mission-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support across multiple departments
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general office communication
Assist with scheduling, filing, data entry, and document preparation
Support leasing, operations, permitting, and leadership teams as needed
Help maintain office organization and daily workflow
Coordinate small tasks and projects with minimal oversight
Assist with onboarding tasks, document tracking, and file organization
Step into various functions as needed—no two days look the same
Represent Legacy Homes with professionalism and positivity

Qualifications
(No previous real estate experience required)
1+ years of administrative, office support, retail, or customer service experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed

Other Perks:
**PTO: The current 5 PTO days and 3 sick after 90 days of employment
**Starting January 1, PTO will increase to 10 days for employees with 90 days to 4 years of service.
**At 4 years, PTO increases to 3 weeks and sick days increase to 5.
Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
