Compensation: $21/hr with open scheduling availability. We also offer a $.50 raise for every 1,000 hours worked and additional increases with added responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

Primary Line Cook duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Set-up cook stations and stock them with the necessary prep supplies.
• Prep food on the line, as needed, by cutting, mixing, chopping, and making sauces.
• Cook items on the line by grilling, frying, chopping, and baking to quality guidelines and standardized recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards (like creating and following a restaurant cleaning checklist) that comply with state and local food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Handle and store food safely and properly.
• Ability to work on Saturday, stand for extended periods of time, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work at a pace to maintain restaurant's established speed of service guidelines.
• Maintain a clean work station.
• Maintain a positive working relationship and treat all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures.
