About the Role
We are seeking an Analytics Engineer to join our Data Operations team during a transformational period as we migrate to a new Loan Origination System (LOS). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across data quality, analytics, and light engineering — building the foundation for scalable reporting, integrations, and automation.
You will play a critical hands-on role in ensuring data accuracy, supporting system integrations, improving reporting workflows, and implementing repeatable data QA processes. This position will work closely with the Data Operations Manager, data analyst, and cross-functional teams including Origination, Servicing, Accounting, and Underwriting.
This is an entry–mid level role with room for growth into a more specialized analytics engineering or data engineering path.
What You'll Do
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation during the LOS migration
- Support API-based integrations and troubleshoot data flow issues
- Build and maintain SQL datasets for KPIs, dashboards, and reporting
- Develop repeatable data QA checks and monitoring processes
- Assist with UAT, data mapping, and workflow alignment
- Partner with the data analyst to automate reporting and improve data models
- Document processes and support long-term analytics and automation initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 1–3+ years in analytics engineering, BI development, or data analytics
- Strong SQL skills (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar)
- Experience with Excel-based analysis; Power BI is a plus
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON, or basic scripting (Python a bonus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot data issues
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in lending, real estate, or financial data environments
- Exposure to UAT, system migrations, or data modeling
- Interest in growing into a more advanced engineering role
Why Join Us
- Play a key role in a high-impact LOS migration
- Help shape the next phase of our data infrastructure
- Growth opportunities as our data team expands
- Collaborative team with strong cross-department exposure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60, $75,000.00 per year
