Position Summary

The Café Barista provides exceptional guest service while preparing high-quality beverages and food items in a fast-paced café environment. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, and sandwiches according to brand standards and recipes
• Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally
• Execute all café operating procedures and support promotional initiatives
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness guidelines at all times
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Accurately handle POS transactions and cash handling duties
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members
• Respond positively to coaching, training, and feedback
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Café Manager or leadership team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Manual dexterity and the ability to use kitchen equipment safely
• Ability to work safely with chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to perform repeated actions for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
• Ability to stand for long periods in a confined workspace
