Embroidery/Production Operator

We are seeking a dedicated Embroidery/Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. Duties

• Operate embroidery machines with precision, ensuring accurate stitching and design placement according to specifications.
• Assist in garment construction processes, including sewing and assembling various apparel components.
• Monitor machine performance, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
• Support quality control by inspecting finished products for defects, consistency, and adherence to design standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency within the production environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies, fabrics, and embroidery threads to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with production workflows.
• Basic knowledge of garment construction techniques and sewing machine operation.
• Proficiency in sewing and embroidery processes, with attention to detail and quality.
• Understanding of manufacturing safety protocols and best practices.
• Ability to operate sewing machines efficiently and troubleshoot common mechanical issues.
