Customer Service Attendant

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing vehicle cleaning, and assisting our customers with any of their needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in car wash operations, customer service, with a focus on delivering a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in customer service, sales, tehchnical troubleshooting, mechanical troubleshooting, and general cleaning procedures.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their vehicle needs
• Perform car wash services including exterior washing, cleaning mats, or any other of our customers needs.
• Sell Unlimited Wash pakcages to our customers.
• Ensure simple and smooth day-today operations.
• Troubleshoot customers accounts through our point of sale device.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure all tools and supplies are organized
• Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, and general janitorial tasks within the facility
• Ensure all services meet quality standards and customer expectations

Qualifications

• Customer Service oriented/ People oriented
• Previous experience in customer service, car wash operations, detailing, or custodial work is preferred
• Minimum of 16 years of age
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is desirable
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a friendly attitude towards customers

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
